September 17 E=MCCMaxwell's equations contained an incredible prediction:
You could never catch up to a beam of light.
Even if you were traveling at 670 million miles an hour,
you would still see light squiggle away from you at 670 million miles an hour.
E=1/2 MV2:
Energy of an object was made up of its mass times its velocity, squared
This equation took a hundred years to be accepted
E=MC2:
Energy equals mass times the square of the speed of light.
Einstein: I have found a connection between energy and mass..
If I am right then energy and mass are not absolute.
They are not distinct. They can be converted into one another.
Einstein: No. They are not separate.
Energy can become mass. And crucially, mass can also become energy."
What is matter?
In some sense, matter is nothing but the condensation of vast amounts of energy.
